Jerk Blackened Shrimpfrom the Caribbean and Hoisin Glazed Quail from the Pacific Rim are just two examples that we invite you to taste. Besides outstanding flat-breads, Chef Leon is offering other unique creations, like baked Mahi Mahi in a Banana Leaf or Braised Osso Buco served in a clay pot with our freshly baked Artisan bread.
